This 5/16in. Ratchet Chain Binder is the professional way to clamp, bind, anchor and tie down large loads. The binder has a 5400-lb. working load and 19,000-lb. breaking strength. Works with 5/16in. Grade 70 or 3/8in. Grade 43 chain. A ratchet makes load tightening easier and faster, and permits quick tightening if the load shifts. The 15in. long handle design provides excellent leverage. Ideal for truckers and farmers.
